If the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your part arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Parts that fail due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period are handled as warranty claims rather than standard returns. Contact us with your order number and a description of the failure and we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
