Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery for your location. Carrier preferences are not available at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@allautomotive.parts.
Some large or heavy items (such as engine assemblies, subframes, or hoods) may ship via freight carrier rather than parcel carrier. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and must be signed for. You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country.
Please note that some parts may be restricted for export and cannot be shipped internationally. If your order includes a restricted item, you will be notified during checkout.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbours and in secure areas such as garages or porches. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
